From climbing mountains in Poland wearing boardshorts with Wim Hof and then becoming a Wim Hof instructor, working with athletes and asthmatics for breath function improvement, to saving lives as a Lifeguard in massive and dangerous conditions, Dean knows that teaching people to control their own breath opens up new possibilities.
Breathwork is Scientifically proven to:
· Reduce Breathlessness

Latest research shows for the first time that the effects of psychological stress on the body's ability to regulate inflammation can promote the development and progression of disease - big words straight from scientific papers.
Breathwork is best with not a full stomach so don’t eat a big meal before.
Best to have a lighter snack at least an hour before the session same goes for coffee consumption.
For any serious health condition, the participant should first consult their doctor.
We discourage people to perform the method in case of epilepsy, Raynaud’s syndrome type II or pregnancy.
People with history of Migraines can experience sudden migraines when entering the ice bath, it is advised to gradually build up cold exposure for people with a history of migraines.
