🌊 Join us on 1st March 2025 at Leighton Beach, WA, for International Ice Bath Day, following the success of our Guinness World Record for the world’s largest ice bath in 2024.
This global event celebrates the physical and mental health benefits of cold water immersion while raising funds for local mental health charities supporting those with anxiety and depression.
