I’m a qualified and practising Personal Trainer, Founder of Power of the Breath, Bondi Lifeguard, Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Ice Bath Instructor Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, Public Speaker and Performance Coach.
My mission is to help people understand and deal with stress which helps improve health and performance.
Alongside my partner Katy Graczer, we have taught our Power of the Breath workshop to tens of thousands of people GLOBALLY and we continue to certify qualified Ice Bath Instructors to share cold therapy safely and supportively.
I have been Personal Training for over 17 years, with over 22 years experience coaching children and adults. As a result of personal health issues, I studied with the world leaders in nutrition, biohacking, lifestyle choices, meditation, breath and hormetic stress, focusing less on pushing hard and more tuning into the body.
I have a strong awareness around the benefits of improving diet, hydration and nutrition, mindset , goal setting, mobility, movement and of course using the Power of the Breath.
My career as a Lifeguard, literally rescuing people and bringing them back to life means that combined with Power of the Breath, I have a unique and special skill set. My vast experience of achieving personal goals and working towards a better self allows me to approach my clients with humility, understanding and work towards best possible individual outcomes.
